A Master's Diary!/Steven

As a young Israeli paratrooper in the early 1980's, I first encountered Chief Krav Maga Instructor Boaz Aviram at the Wingate Institute and Commando Training Academy.

Without question, he remains to this day one of the finest Krav Maga instructors in the world, and the publication of his comprehensive book is a gift to KM practitioners everywhere.

Boaz delivers a clear and comprehensive guide to the core principles of Krav Maga, and utilizing his vast knowledge of other martial arts, demonstrates why the techniques he perfected over the course of a lifetime can offer the best options for practical self-defense.

Although hundreds of Krav Maga schools have sprouted up all over the world, and many books on the "art" have been written, this work is essential to any serious Krav Maga practitioner.

It's comparable to owning the diary of a great Samurai master, who happens to be still with us, and is still instructing. Don't miss it.
