That should be on all levels. I mean be aware of what you are doing until it becomes a second nature.
Awareness in fact meaning questioning any irregularities around you. You need to know what you are doing, why, and why not do anything else. You need to know what is everyone around you doing as well. You need to be aware of your training plan as well.
You need to be aware of how conflicts unfold so you can assess your action on the spot before it is too late. You need to be aware how not to put yourself in a position where you will have no physical control over your body. You need to be aware of all the fine details that might change your mind the wrong way in the future...
